For the delivery of your orders we rely on the quality services of the proven carrier DPD. Shipping prices are based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and are in accordance with the current price list of this carrier, which can be found on the DPD website.

Shipping service.

  • We offer safe and fast transport with various payment options and accurate tracking of shipments.
  • Shipments are delivered on working days, usually the day after dispatch from our central warehouse, between 9am and 6pm.
  • The DPD carrier will contact you by phone prior to delivery to ensure a convenient pickup.

PAYMENT

Payment methods we offer:

  • Online Card Payments: We offer the option to pay using credit and debit cards such as VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, and Diners Club. We use ComGate payment gateway services to ensure maximum security for your transactions. All card payments are protected by 3D Secure technology, which may require additional verification via SMS from your bank.
  • Cash on delivery: we allow payment by cash on delivery, where you pay directly to the courier upon receipt of the parcel. If the courier has a payment terminal, payment by card is also possible.
  • Bank Transfer: for fast and convenient transactions, we offer the option of instant bank transfer via your online banking, where you will be redirected by the ComGate payment gateway.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: For customers who prefer digital wallets, we offer payment via Apple Pay and Google Pay, which allow fast and secure transactions using stored credit cards.
  • Deferred Payment. This option is available through providers such as Twisto, Skipay or Pay Then.
  • QR Payments: for customers shopping on a computer or tablet, we offer the option to pay by scanning a QR code, which is a fast and intuitive way of transaction.

The security of your payments is our priority. All online transactions are secured with the latest technology. Once your payment is complete, you will be redirected back to our site where you will receive confirmation that your payment has been successfully processed.
