Technology of Peat-Sapropel Concentrate Production

Production of organic peat-sapropel concentrate with high humic content. Our products are made exclusively from natural raw materials. We do not use recycled components or any industrial and municipal waste.

With over 30 years of scientific research experience in the CIS region, supported by approvals in Europe and trials in the Middle East, our team specializes in the research and development of raw material extraction processes. This includes the purification of lake sediments and the extraction of low-moor peat, resulting in the production of humic organic products, particularly PEAT-SAPROPEL CONCENTRATE. It serves as the foundation for a wide range of products, showcasing its uniqueness.

Our manufacturing process is committed to the highest quality standards, as evidenced by certifications including ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2016, and 18001:2007. The production line and technological processes adhere to international standards, ensuring reliability and product quality.

Our products are certified and approved in Europe.

Humic Acids for Agricultural Production

Humic acids are natural organic compounds formed through the decomposition of plant and animal matter in the soil. They are a vital component of humus, the dark, fertile layer of soil that contains organic matter and nutrients

PRECOFERT produces a peat-sapropel concentrate, incorporating an optimal composition of humic acids. Our natural humate products are widely used by farmers across Europe.

How Is Peat-Sapropel Concentrate Produced?

Peat-sapropel concentrate is made by extracting valuable substances from peat and sapropel using a special technology developed by us. The technology involves several stages, as shown in the table below:

Stage Process Result
1 Heating the raw materials to 80-100°C Activating the organic matter and releasing the water-soluble substances
2 Filtering the mixture to separate the liquid and solid fractions Obtaining two fractions with different compositions and properties
3 Processing the liquid fraction to obtain a concentrated solution Enriching the solution with humic acids, amino acids, and microelementss
4 Drying and granulating the solid fraction Producing a product rich in organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium
5 Combining the liquid and solid fractions in optimal proportions Creating the final product with the desired composition and properties
The technology also ensures that the product is free of GMO & harmful substances, such as heavy metals, pathogens, and toxins.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is definition of peat-sapropel concentrate?
Peat-sapropel humic is a natural, organic product manufactured from a unique combination of peat and sapropel.! The 70/30 ratio ensures an ideal balance of humic acids and humates, as well as other nutrients and minerals in the end product.
Peat-sapropel concentrate is produced using advanced technology developed through over 30 years of research and development in Europe, the CIS & GCC regions. It combines low-moor peat and lake sapropel to create a concentrate that is 10-15 times richer in humic acids, microelements, and vitamins than natural sapropel and peat.
Peat-sapropel concentrate, derived from natural low-moor peat and lake sapropel, is rich in humic and fulvic acids, microelements, and vitamins, improving soil health and plant growth. Unlike leonardite, it is free of pollutants and facilitates long-term soil fertility with no negative impact on soil microbes, ecosystem and humans.
